A Solution to Smarten Up Your Vehicle Diagnosis

According to certain reports, AXONE VOICE comes decked up with a 13.3-in. capacitive screen, which by the way, boasts a 2560×1600 resolution, while also availing protection from a tough Gorilla Glass. In terms of operational features, the system’s Windows 10 Enterprise operating system is powered by an Intel Core i5 processor. Given 16 GB RAM and 512 GB worth of storage, AXONE VOICE further features a dual-channel Wi-Fi system, a Bluetooth 5.1 module, and two 8-MP cameras that have their utility in obtaining detailed customer reports and sending technical photos to the assistance service. Now, onto the heart of this solution, it is notably built on three main elements i.e. interaction, authenticity, and usability. Let’s talk about interaction first, AXONE VOICE features dedicated voice control, a function developed in collaboration with Microsoft to support technicians across every single diagnostic step. As for how it works, all you have to say is “Hey TEXA” and the system will spring to life. Once the user is ready, AXONE Voice will directly brief them about the available services. At present, you can use the device to identify the vehicle with the VIN Scan, launch an automatic scan on the control units, search for an engine code, start a diagnosis, view a certain parameter close-up thanks to a dedicated pop-up window, view wiring diagrams, bulletins, technical sheets, mechanical data, contact the call center, and much more.

Next up, we have authentication. AXONE VOICE ensures foolproof security through a mandate of unlocking the tool in order to use it. Interestingly, though, the operator has the option to disable the input avenues here, such as the microphone, whenever they feel necessary, and the same flexibility is also available in the context of AXONE VOICE’s facial recognition technology.

Lastly, there is the usability aspect, which comes to the fore after you have realized how the system provides connectivity for multi-environment vehicle connection. But what empowers the technology to manage such a feat? Well, it does so with some assistance from TEXA TXT Multi-hub. Thanks to the stated versatility, AXONE VOICE is able to seamlessly scan passenger cars, heavy-duty vehicles, motorcycles, ATVs or UTVs, boats, agricultural, and construction vehicles.
