The reason why that is the case talks, at length, to its complex nature, as well as technology’s almost non-negotiable demand of extensive technical knowledge. Joining this is a BCF Export feature which bears the sole responsibility of facilitating information exchange with other BIM coordination tools. Hold on, there is one final highlight disguised as OpenSpace BIM+’s model management functionality. This functionality is understood to cover Autodesk Model Import and Multiple Models management, thus conceiving convenient access of up-to-date models. It also brings to the fore the option to access only the relevant portions attached with the models, segmenting the package as per the requirements of specific teams.

The solution has already gone through an initial phase of testing. During this phase, more than 900 customers tried OpenSpace BIM+, and going by the available details, the majority reported to be satisfied, and even pleased, with how the product would allow project teams to solve problems faster by simply comparing as-built conditions to design intent in the office and on the construction site.
