According to certain reports, once integrated into the suite, this platform can seamlessly and accurately pinpoint critical areas that pose injury risks to industrial workers as they work, while simultaneously coaching them up to enhance both individual and group performance. Available through simplistic and actionable reports, Verve Logic brings to the fore a wide range of analytics, and the ones we will begin from happen to be motion-based insights. Surely, there are sensors already embedded in the SafeLift exosuit that collect 3D motion and force data while the suit is in use to help drive safety and operational improvements. However, taking that a step further, the brand-new Verve Logic offers comprehensive insights, including key analytics such as lift count, usage duration, and weight offloaded. Furthermore, it automatically identifies risky movements, such as prolonged bending, excessive forward bending, twisting, side bending, and other such actions which are known to accentuate injury risk among workers. Now, the platform’s coaching capabilities also become relevant, as they allow leadership teams to proactively intervene and offer education on safety measures. Not just that, this also paves the way for an enterprise to implement facility improvements and enhance the overall well-being of their workforce. Next up, we must discuss Verve Logic’s promise to offer personalized reporting. Here, we are particularly referring to those safety reports that provide on-site trainers and leadership with the most granular-level insights related to safety. Given the extensive focus on each and every individual, such a feature can instantly scale up the quality of eventual feedback to the worker, thus resulting in sustainable progress across the board. Having touched on Verve Logic, we got to also talk a little bit about the product it will be working alongside in SafeLift exosuit. Understood to be the world’s first soft exosuit that offers tailored, adaptive assistance customized for each worker and task, this exosuit is a lightweight wearable solution which combines real-time motion sensing with a robotic angle. To go with its lightweight nature, the product also has a comfortable form factor, translating to how it can be easily worn like a backpack. If we are to explain the same convenience aspect in a numerical sense, we can say that SafeLift exosuit alleviates no less than 40 percent of the strain on a worker’s back during any typical workday, achieving the same through assistance in parallel with their underlying muscles. But what’s the proof to validate the stated claim? Well, going by a recent customer study, nearly 97 percent of workers reported that the exosuit effectively assisted them in their daily tasks, highlighting its in enhancing job performance. Another 83 hinted at better ergonomic practices, claiming exosuit solution improved their lifting posture, which has always been a key factor when the agenda is to reduce workplace injuries and promote long-term health among industrial workers.
